The Simore dual SIM card systems - Type 1, Platinum and Infinite - are universal.
It is understandable that you may be apprehensive when cutting your SIM card, however please note that under no circumstances can you damage the functionality or lose data on your SIM card, providing you follow carefully our installation instructions. Please see the video.
Our system is reversible. We provide in every pack two recovery tools that enable you to restore your SIM cards to their original form and place each of them into two separate phones. Please see the video.
For professional and accurate cutting of your SIM cards, you can purchase our cutting Pincer. (Reserved for models Dual SIM holder Black, Silver and Gold only).
Warning: the pincer is not suitable to cut the Dual SIM card holder Platinum and Infinite models. |

Can I receive calls on my two SIM cards at the same time? |

The current mobile phones are equipped with one transmitter and one receiver, thus they can not simultaneously connect two SIM cards on two different networks.
However, you can activate the automatic function that allows you to switch between your two SIM cards with ease.
You can therefore be quickly notified if you have received a message or a missed call.
Example: 1 hour 35 minutes on SIM 1 and 5 minutes on SIM 2. |

Yes, the Simore dual SIM holder is compatible with all mobile phone operators and all SIM and USIM platforms (prepaid & subscription).
Mobile phones should not be locked to an operator.
Example: You can use together a prepaid SIM or USIM card as well as a subscribed/contract SIM or USIM card. |

How to switch from one SIM card to another? |
| |
Once the Simore device is inserted into your mobile, the Simore menu will automatically appear in the main menu of your phone.
It allows you to manage your two numbers and to define your settings.
You can switch from one number to another in just two clicks.
The Dual SIM holder Platinum and Infinite versions have the following shortcut key (#11 for SIM-1 and #22 for SIM-2) to switch from one SIM number to another without going through the Simore menu. |

Where can I find the Simore menu in my phone? |
| |
Once the Simore device is inserted into your mobile, the Simore menu will automatically appear in the main menu of your phone.
You'll find the Simore menu under:
- "Program" for Windows Mobile
- "Main Menu" for Nokia
- "Games and Applications" for Samsung
Call # 99 and then press the green button to launch the call function and the Simore menu will appear automatically on the screen of your mobile.

What is the shortcut key? |

The "shortcut" allows you to switch from one SIM to another or to get to the Simore menu by simply dialing a code.
Codes:

dial #33 then press the green button to launch a call and display the active SIM
dial #99 then press the green button to launch a call and bring up the Simore menu

What is roaming? |
| |
When connected to a foreign network (different from your network), you are charged an extra cost when dialing and receiving calls.
With Simore, you can give a name to each of your two SIM cards, display their names on the screen and the network on which you are connected.
You are notified when you are in a roaming area. If you have two different SIM cards for two countries (example France and Spain), you can swap your SIM cards, in two clicks, and avoid roaming charges.
Note: For international calls, you can use the IP call. |

What is the IP Phone Call? |
| |
IP Call is a function to call abroad from your mobile at very low cost through VoIP.
This function requires the services of an operator who is a provider of VoIP via a local access number.
You can use this IP call for all international calls.
This feature allows you to call abroad at a low cost from your mobile and save up to 70% on all your international calls.
When a call is IP, Simore connects first to your VoIP server, via a local access number, then the server connects you to the number you are calling.
The Simore "IP call" entire procedure is fully automated.
To call using the IP mode with Simore, you have two options (manual or automatic):
Automatic: "Always on":
Choose the contact number in your phonebook.
Accept the call by pressing the green button to launch the call function on your mobile.
100% of your calls are redirected to your VoIP server.
Manual
Place an (*) before the number you wish to join.
Simore recognizes the star placed in front of the number and automatically forwards the call to your VoIP server. |

What is the encrypted SMS function? |
| |
The encrypted SMS allows you to send and receive confidential information via encrypted SMS.
To exchange encrypted SMS, users must have a dual SIM card holder Gold, Platinum or Infinite Simore and agree in advance an encryption key.
(code or encryption key can be up to 8 digits) for example: 1111 1111
SMS will be encrypted and decrypted using the encryption key agreed between the users.
On receipt of an encrypted SMS, the message that appears will contain special characters that will become clear only after decrypting the message. |
